this wat happening last few years, I don't think this bcci team is number one(nobody belive if have some brain)..but the way suthafricans played in 5th day(unusal)..it is a big question.. after kumblai's returnment we do't have any wepon to destroy opponent.

That's a bit harsh; consistently over the last 2 years, Zaks has taken a wicket in his first spell and we've troubled middle orders in various conditions. The problem that remains is the tail-enders (8-11) seem to do well everywhere, even B'desh. This win hides the fact that after 7 wkts, SA batted for 55 overs ! So, we do have weapons to destroy the top / middle order but not the lower order.

FOUL PLAY OF SEHWAG COSTED SOUTH AFRICA
by pranav on Feb 19, 2010 02:05 PM  | Hide replies

Sehawag could have stopped the boundary, then Amla comes to bat which was difficult for Indian bowlers to crack and Sehwag kicked the ball to four. It's cowardly act, unclean cricket and not true sports spirit. Who wants this kind of win.

That was single run only. The next over was faced by Amla. The five run penalty didnot change the striker.

IF a run can be taken and the batsman don't take it inorder to shield the non-striker then will you term it as cowardly act?

Probably not, you will term it as tactics. In the same way giving away some extra run is also tactics. If you are able to understand it is fine else be prepared to be known as as one eyed person.
