Re: where r bhajji haters now ???....

Bhajji has been given enough chances and even if he performs now, we should seriously be looking for developing options for No 1 spinner slot. He is not good enough for that position as Kumble was all these years. You just need to look at the last 5 tests he has played;he has been poor to say the least. How can he be called world class when he can't perform consistently.Spinners like Ojha and Chawla should be given chances now. It is time for Bhajji to be given a break for him to realise the importance of the indian cap.
Even if Harbhajan picks 5 for in the first innings of seocnd test, i would still tell, he must be dropped. I am sure there would lots of affirmative responses to this. He is a great talent, but do not know whether the talent has gone for an exile.

May be the selectors are paid by these players for selecting them!! Who knows.

Sreesanth's agressive and reverse swing would have helped India instead of Ishant...Also Ojya wud be a better choice than Mishra....Dhoni could have avoided this blunder......

sure, sreesanth is an aggressive bowler and has some teeth. Only thing he should get involved in any controversy.. particularly with the umpires
It is indeed really hard to digest when people sitting in studio and to listen to commentators wheny they say that "Indians are having off day in the field". How many off days will they have???? Drop Ishant and Harbhajan. They are spineless. Let them play in domestic criket prove there there mettle and win back their positions. Lots of players are there indomestic circuit who peform well. Yes, International cricket is different to Domestic, however continuing with BHajan and Ishant is colossal waste. New guys will perform better than them. At the moment our bowling is one man army - ZAHEER. Mr. Shewag - Does India have the bowling attack to pick atleast 10 SA wickets? Have a check when you meet press.

couldn't agree more wid Anand ..if they call it as an off days then these Ishant n Bhajji having off days for the last 1 yr .. damn on captain too apart from selectors ...

u cant drop ISHANT bcoz he has troubled PONTING with his bowling in a test match 2 years ago. Same is the case with BHAJJI, BHAJJI has taken 23 wickets in a test series against AUSTRALIA 9 years ago. this is the selection criteria for indian team, give 1 good performance and play next 8 matches.
selectors shud b blamed for picking BHAJJI and ISHANT. if selectors continue in this way then i m sure that with in next 2 years, INDIA will become number 5 or 6 team in the world.
India won the perth test in 2008 bcoz the team was selected on the basis of the current performance. JAFFER, BHAJJI and YUVRAJ were dropped from the team for that test due to their poor performance. INDIA won the CB series in australia in 2008 bcoz they dropped sehwag for the final matches due to his poor performance.
in the last 6 test matches (excluding series against bangladesh), ISHANT has taken only 10 wickets and still selectors say that ishant possess lot of talent.
if India have to become and maintain number 1 position, then selectors have to make some bold decisions. selection criteria should focus on current form and performance not on what the player has done in a match 3 years ago. In india, if a player gives a single superb performance then he plays for next 1 year. Australia re number 1, bcoz in australia players are selected on the basis of their current form and performance. They have dropped NATHAN BRACKEN who was the world's best pace bowler in 2007, 2008 and earlier part of 2009 due to his poor performance. Same was the case with HAYDEN and GILCHRIST.

Pot calls the kettle black.
OK, India will take 20 wickets of South Africa in 4 test matches. Is that enough that prove that Dhonis team is a "Mens" or They Need " VVIIAAGGRAAAAA"
As it is, the indian bowlers are having a tough time. The umpires have also benn very harsh on the bowlers. Several appeals were genuine. But the umpires declined them all even without properly seeing. I think they close their eyes when indian bowlers are bowling. Kaise out karenge bhai. only catches or hitting the wickets remains the alternatives. Forget about LBW. No indian bowler will get a lbw decision. Someone has to take this up. There was a ball from zaheer to petersen in the morning which hit him on the backfoot. plum... but umpiring.. its killing our bowlers. Hope they remove lbw totally. Atleast our batsmen can also relax
