considering ur exams in MARCH, BCCI is arranging 20 overs tournament (IPL in march)instead of 50 overs matches and the match will last for just 3 hours. so they are allowing u to watch the TV for 3 hours and in the remaining 21 hours u can study.

it is not necessary to watch the matches if there is your exams. matches are for those people who are not having exams & who want some entertainment.
