current team India 1.shewag 2.gambir 3.sachin 4.yuvraj 5.raina 6.v kohli /jadeja 7.m.s.dhoni 8.harbajan 9.zaheer 10.nehra 11.ishant/sreeshanth what i would like to suggest is make an B team the odds like -dinesh karthik virat kohli/jadeja murli vijay rohit sharma manish pandey ojha badrinath mithun abshiek nair sudeep taygi saha and the rest the team b should be trained well and they should be developed as a team and lot of matches shold be played against ranji champs,and other nations a teams. which will not only make them fit to play and also experince develops and self confidence develops. and the best player can be selected to the nation team when ever a player is injuried
Karthik will soon be world's all time greatest keeper - ahead of the likes of Adam Gilchrist, Rodney Marsh, Allan Knot and Jeffrey Dujon. Badrinath is the next Bradman and Murali Vijay the next Sunil Gavaskar. We have these three will-be-all-time-greats in Indian team. Ashwin who is next Erapalli Prasanna should have also been in the Indian team. Venkatraghavan shud come out of retirement as an umpire and be made one of the umpires for Kolkata test. Same for Srikkanth, he should do the same and replace Sehwag as opener for Kolkata Test.

Regarding Dhoni and Gambhir the selection is quite justified but why bhajji,mishra and ishant?
