Tendulkar should stop playing coverdrive
by Jatin Desai on Feb 09, 2010 08:52 AM

He did that in 2004 series in Aus & scored double in last test in Melbourne. He learned after failing in previous three test... Today he should do same after first inning cought behind.

This kind of stuff from Styne can only be countered , if you stop taking risk... Score is important , but how long he will be able to dishout those accurate stuff.

what a bowling performance on so called 'dead indian pitches' for fast bowlers. so not let the pitches be no excuse be for bad performance. Well this was a good wake up call for team india who might be taking its no 1 ranking after playing teams like sri lanka and bangladesh

Change of ball worked wonderfully - What does it mean
by Gopal Elayavalli on Feb 09, 2010 04:35 AM  | Hide replies

If the ball shape changes and especially when the seam comes off, why was it not changed ?

Also, without heavy hitting, how does the seam come apart - Any ball tampering ?

Gopal:

The Whole world (not just Australians) is against India.... :)

Why did our batsmen not score 200s? Why did our bowlers take 10 wickets at least (never mind all the runs they gave)?
Why did Sehwag have no problem in the first innings despite your alleged ball-tampering?
Why did Sehwag depart promptly within 5 overs when there was clearly zero chance of ball tampering so early in the game?

Any answers? :)
