Everyone is blaming our batsman for the lack of the firepower and preseverance. But the real problem is the bowling. After getting two quick wickets, we had to wait another 300 more runs to get the third wicket. If we had restricted them to 250, then our score wouldn't look that bad. Even if dravid, laxman et all comes back, we might be able to guarantee to make 500 runs and save a match, but to win a match you need 20 wickets and the current crop is not capable even in their home base. Harbhajan should have thrived in spinner friendly pitch.
Maybe, what Ian chappel said was right that India does not have the bowling fire to sustain number one position at all.
