Poor selection
by shebeer basheer on Feb 06, 2010 10:17 AM  | Hide replies

Due to a poor selection, a lot of skilled guys didn't get a chance to perform to show their calibre.
Why selectors avoid Dinesh Karthik? With Saha in the eleven, Dhoni is worrying now...
Where is Pujara, Rahane or Jaffer?

Karthick thought that Indian team is his zamindari. He failed for last couple f years but was consistently selected for overseas team.In indian cricket team all players should be preferably muslim. Some christan, sikh ok.The hindu group is regionl year, only thinking about their region. They can not tolerate players from other region

I could not able to understand why the Harbajan is still in time even after such a dismal performance by him

dismal performance.
In 2009 in took 29 wickets in 6 matches. What more do u expect from him.
And u also need to take into account that some those matches were palyed on dead Indian tracks :)

Luck & Bad Luck!

Rohit Sharma would be feeling odd now. He got a chance when he was nowhere in the scene and let slip it away when there were very chances of his playing in 11!
Strange! The player who got the chance instead would be on ninth cloud! I'm sure he knows very well he doesn't deserve to be in playing 11. But that's fate we talk about!
Rohit Sharma you let a golden chance and nobody know when you'll get another now!

in first place saha should not be selected. there must be some influence in this otherwise india never selected 2 wicketkeepers in home series. instead they should have selected in original squad rohit/manish/rahane. the team selection is poor. there is no need of 4 fast bowlers in team.

Saha is the best wicket keeper of India today even better than Dhoni.Rohit got ample chance but money changed his mind and lifestyle.Rohit wasted his chances. It was absolutely correct to keep Saha in 15.He can replace injured Dhoni or any other batsman.Kudos to selector.

How much Saha scored in Ranji Trophy. Where is Manish Pandey and Rahane. What a poor selection. India should loose.
