India would have scored 400 plus runs in this pitch if they have won the toss. South Africans played extra cautiously and scored less than 300 runs in the end of the day. This shows that our bowlers has'nt done a bad job either. Things will unfold only when we got to see how the Indians going to respond against the first innings score of South Africa.

You are forgetting that SA was 6 for 2. If India were in the same position India would have been bundled out for under 100. Given the circumstances SA did a great job especially the two batsmen.
