We need Dravid because with him in the side India can bat for 6 sessions without any difficulty. Without him we can score 350 in a day but can they play for more then 6 sessions?
If India gets good start it is ok. If it loses two three quick wickets. Dravid's absence will be felt.

Even if Dravid and Laxman had played India would have lost test at Nagpur. It was the bowlers who let down India at Nagpur. How much longer can india expect Dravid, Tendulkar and Laxman to play? They are 37, 37 and 36 years old.

gurpreeu u fool, yes there will be result ,as indian team will collaspe in 3 days in bouncy pitch if dravis & laxman fail.so result will be in 3 days. if he would have not supported laxman in kolkatta
U people are really becoming mad by saying that Mr.Dravid is useless and if he was useless he would not get more than 10,000runs and of course most no of catches in test. Yuvi,Harbhajan are not in good form from a yr in any format of game. Yuvi is known for making lot of ads and money, while Bhajji is known for conterversies. If u had watched Headlines Today u would get know Mr.Dravid has the best average agst South Africa

If u can go and get Shastri, you can as well get Gavaskar! he he...! It'll be atleast nice to see Gavaskar and Tendulkar playing together!
Please see his overall performance. It is pathetic. Even his last century was a fluke with so many chances. Any new bowler even a schoolboy can get him out. I am sure that any of our younger players will perform better than him if they are sure that they will not be dropped even if they score ducks or single digit scores. He is also a useless fielder and will not stand in difficult positions. Anybody can create world records if they stand only in the slips and take easy catches that come straght to them and leave difficult ones.Please drop him for the good of india.

if you play cricket u would have never told slip catches are easy .go and stand once in slip then speak ok.Now come to dravid,indian team never see a great & stylish player like him in future.
this Bikash mohapatra( wild name) has to check his vocablary aficionados- is meant to point bull fight fans not cricket fans, this is gentle man's game do not pun stupidly , Indian team are not bulls
