Biased Rotation Policy
by bharatpremi on Feb 02, 2010 10:44 AM  | Hide replies

See from October 28,2009 to Feb 6,2010 Nagpur is hosting all sorts cricket matches(4 nos),be it Test,ODI or T20.Why ?Due to Sasank Manohar who is biased. How these people ever talk of rotation.
Union sports ministry should intervene in cricket affairs. Each state should have one count for rotation.Even if there are centres like Mumbai(comprising Brabourne,Wankhade,D Y Patil),Pune and Nagpur all these should come under single count of Maharashtra to host cricket matches.Thereafter Maharashtra should decide where to host amongst these 5 centres. Now all thes 5 centrers are separately considered for rotation which is biased.
Also each state should have 1 board. It is ridiculous to see Maharashtra and Mumbai as separate teams in Ranji. Also Gujarat has Gujarat,Baroda,Saurashtra and Andhra and Hyderabad. If Telengana comes into being then it can be separately considered. All these are like old zamindari system which needs to be abolished.
