Let us have three matches with England. One in India(Spinning track), One in England(bouncy track) and third on neautral track-neautral place. But before Eng challenging let them be Rank 2 in Test Rankings.

We are going there now in mid 2011. That is going to be tough for us as many of our seniors are getting on in age. Also we need to beef up our bowling and not depend on Zaheer all the time. Look what happened when Zak was not there in 1st test.
England at the moment has a slight edge due to superior bowling attack where as batting wise we both are equal
why all of a sudden KP saying this but i can assure that this is not the reason.he didnt himself quit but he was forced to which now he is trying to hide.

Cricket is such a funny one-ball game, man, that any team can beat any day and any where ! Just look at the stats of these two teams in the last 20 yrs and u will see how good how goos english are !!! Do talk rubbish; first beat us and then shout .

It is nice to see that England beat Aussies now they are in the competition for World Cup. But it does not mean they can beat any team in the world. Don't understimate India. My Hearty Congrajulations to England & this is the closed chapter for Arrogant Ponting's men.

yeah...that's true...especially when you've baggages like Sachin, yuvraj etc in the team...India will be an easy target!!!
I really pity the fools of england. Today, Darren Gough has said that England is the best team in the world and that they can beat India 'Any day of the week'. Similarly in Tennis they first said Tim Henman was the best player and that he would win atleast 4 Grand Slams. Forget 4 he never got close to the top four ever. Now they bill Andy Murray as one who is world beater. Looking at him and his records he will only turn up to be a 'Wife - Beater'. Coming to cricket, they will not last 4 days against this Indian side. Australia played bad more than england playing better! That about it, you big mouth English men!

correct. this australian team is worst, even bangladesh could beat them.
Gough is looking for a job in the english team. May be his optimistic comment will be listen the board and he will be appointed as a bowling coach or something...! poor guys.

I completely agree with you Mathura...they have already beaten us everyday..as long as a single individual in this country keep on believing and having more confidence in what the westerners do and say, we are beaten ever second in our life

He was once a time in par with Sachin's centuries: RP's 39 vs.ST's 43! He did it quietly with ex-players like McGrath, Warne and Gilchrist to make his name in fame. Now he argues with every captain-even Warne-and then the public expects Warne for a total recall! The losers-sheesh!
His action were like that of Ganguly's. He created lots of mace around, thrown out the Coach & left the team in sheet. But now claiming all the limelight, because Strauss has become bigger even to touch his glove. Petttter....what a shame for you.

But Ganguly was a lot better than Tendulkar who took the safe way and gave up captaincy to leave the team in a lurch at a situation when the match-fixing issue had raised its ugly head.

Ganguly is the best ever captain India has produced. He is the best left hand batsman India ever had and he deserves the credit for making current Indian Cricket Team which can beat any side and reaching the No.1 spot.. Please don't make any bad comments on that great leader...

Ganguly was an inspirational captain and holds the record for maximum Test wins & ODI wins amongst all captains till date. After the sacking of Azhar & Ajay Jadeja on matchfixing claims, Saurav Ganguly and John Wright had built the nucleus of a great side containing brilliant individuals like Sachin Tendulkar, Sehwag, Bhajji, VVS Laxman & Yuvraj along with hardworking, sincere players like Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, Zaks(Zahur Khan), Mohd Kaif, Irfan Pathan, etc. No sooner did Greg Chappel come in Sehwag was out, Saurav was backstabbed, Kaif lost his way, Irfan lost his game, Sachin was boxed into a corner, Bhajji & Zaheer Khan were alos dropped. Greg Chappel almost destroyed the Indian team. Give credit to Kumble, Saurav(who made a comeback), Rahul Dravid(who realized that he would never be an INSPIRATIONAL Captain) and then Dhoni who all contrributed to re-building the team. Idiot...Ganguly is India's Most Successful Captain till date. When Steve Waugh and Ricky Ponting does it , they call it aggression and when Ganguly does it, they call it arrogance..!!! What a shame ? If not Ganguly, the carrers of Sehwag , Yuvraj, Harbajan etc could have gone in any direction. These guys are still publicly praising Ganguly !!!

Thanks Jai...a hell lot of idiot in this country never understood that the only ploy of Guru Greg was to destroy the fabric of Indian team and the team spirit before the world cup and make safe passage for Australia...and he succeeded in it for being supported by the fools around...typical Indian slave mentality...the greatest calamity of this nation is that instead of hailing and supporting the heroes of the soil and the country, we go on listening to white skins and praising them...Guru Greg almost destroyed the Indian team...and he did it on purpose because having one of the shrudest cricketing brain, he saw the potentiality of the team and the way Ganguly leading it by nurturing and picking young bloods....we the stupid Indian fall into the trap and in the process backstabbed our best captain and lost a group of most promising youngstars....
