3rd test will be interesting, OZ can bounce back, though its difficult but their reputation is at stake

Both Tests starting on 16th December - All Top 4 teams will be in Action for 5 Days from 16th December
vijay should have been given more chances.. he was the find of the ipl. hope srikanth forgets regionally feelings and put in vijay, karthik, mukund into the team.

Ashwin can bat too, look at his Domestic Batting Stats But I really don't risk Ashwin in WC but If H Singh continue to ineffective then it's worth gamble

of course, he'll Senthil. S Tiwari won't be in WC squad! not sure but I think they will preffer Rohit instead and wonder if they will go with 5 seam bowler in subcontinent pitches! I personally think they can go with 4 seamers, 3 spinners, 2 wicketkeepers (Patel after showking strong performances in last two ODI's) and 7 batsmen (Sachin, Sehwag, gambhir, Yuvi, raina, Kohli and Rohit) that will make a 16 members squad. So my bet is on: Sachin Sehwag gambhir Yuvi Raina Pathan Dhoni Bhajji Ashwin Khan Kumar/nehra
Rese rve Parthive Kohli Ojha Sreesanth or Patel (so no place for another batsman)
Ojha is a much better bowler than Ashwin and others. He is a regular in Tests and was the highest wicket taker in IPL. His line and length is very consistent and doesnt allow the batsmen any loose deliveries. Ashwin is being preferred only because Srikanth is backing him as he is from TN. This kind of politics will affect India seriously in the coming WC.

Dont think it is the regional bias dude. Ashwin is not a thrid rated bowler to be in the team. Ojha definitely is a good prospect but he lacks that variation thats needed in ODI..
Srikanth was never playing politics..you are not having 11 tn players in the indian team to cry about...dont worry ,i am from chennai i really dont suppport Bhadri,Karthick they have been fair chances..chennai dont support them neither...
But at the End of day he is picking the best 11..he has the outputs.

Viru, Sachin, Gambhir, Kohli, Raina, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Yusuf, Bhajji, Zaheer, PK and Nehra. In the last 3, India needs a pacer, a spinner and a batsman. My choices: Munaf Patel, Ashwin and Parthiv Patel

Irfan pathan would be ideal instead of Nehra in my personal opinion cant play 3 bowler in inian pitches for sure....

Please get to know Indian Domestic cricket and I Pathan is really Fit to play Domestic Cricket itself and Even If he play what is his performances.
