BEERS - CHEERS!
by Dhantannan on Dec 10, 2010 02:36 PM  | Hide replies

An australian company had promised free beer to all australians on winning Ashes .
Now that dream is gone to smoke, but cricket australia remembered this and has presented Beer in diffrent form.!

Too much of 20-20
by J ADITYA on Dec 10, 2010 01:18 PM

Participating too much of 20-20 has caused Aus a lot, I don't understand how come bowlers like nannes, Tait have not played enough tests but consistently played in all 20-20 matches. And what happened to bowlers like Bracken and Stuart clark. The current Aus team has decent batting line up but bcos of their weak bowling the batsman are not confident. India might face situation after Dravid, Laxman, Sachin, Zaheer unless players like Pujara, Rohit, Raina, Tyagi, Praveen Kumar, Ishant, Sreesanth keep themselves fit for longer versions of the game.

Aussie missing trick here
by uttam choudhary on Dec 10, 2010 12:40 PM  | Hide replies

- Selection of "Beer" is immature, they need someone like "Wine" (Warnie). Again fun apart Hauritz should have been given chance. It is bcoz selectors do not to agree that they have done mistake, they are committing one more.
- What changed for Johnson in a weeks time ? Did he take hattrick in dressing room?
- Leaving "North" and choosing right direction is a long awaited move. Which will help Aussies.
- Feel Huge - got a career saving chance. Needs to do more than carrying drinks.
- Overall Punter should take hunter.

Aussies will come back fighting with....????.

I wanted aussies to make a suprise inclusion, but not Beer. Hauritz would have made more sense. I was thinking that they should call some raw fast bowler not another lefty spinner.
I think Marsh is better than Hughes.
With Johnson, Aus don't have a choice. He still remains their most credible threat. All the aussies had better pray that he finds something somewhere. He can be devastating if he can find it.

All in all, Aus have to hope that one or two of their batsmen play really well. It'll prevent a loss and give them a chance to attack.
