Yes he is. But not after Richards, he is ahead of Sir Viv.I have been seeing cricket since 1976 and I have observed Viv taking some time at start of his innings, but Sehwag starts attacking right from the first ball.He is all time most distructive batsman of the world.

Nicely said. If only he can master that style of Viv, he will become reliable too in addition to being destructive...
Currently he starts attacking right from the first ball, so he is either scoring boundaries or cooling his heels in the pavilion after 2 overs; as we saw in the recent Australian team tour to India.... Why else would we have needed VVS and Ishant to rescue us from a third rung Aussie team?

Current days, Sewag is the best. But ViV is the best...Simply bcoz of the quality of bowlers he faced during his days...
In T-20 and ODI there are lot of players who play very agressive. But a player who makes long scores quickly in test format is really a destructive batsman.
