Discussion is on, he is sure to be back with RR. Great to see Warnie being retained and also Watson. Sure, it will be a reviatlised RR with some new stars for IPL-4
It is a shame and insult for veterans such as Ganguly, Dravid and Kumble that they have not been retained by their respective franchises. Ganguly is to Kolkata what Dravide and Kumble are to Bangalore. These players should stop embarrassing themselves and their fans. How low can they stoop? They should stop playing and opt out of IPL4.

You are right. They are leaving themselves in a position to be insulted. Dravid still has a lot to offer but Kumble (now that he is KSCA Pres) and Ganguly should have gracefully quit.

Ganguly will be certainly picked up by KKR only; This risk was taken knowingly that other team wont have interest in picking Ganguly and this way the they can lower the value and thus have now full $9 million to spent in auction

Kumble is a liability. At best he can contribute 4 overs on a good day. He cannot bat and cannot field. Dravid would have been an asset however but since we are talking of a pool of cricketers from around the globe, I am sure Mallya can find a suitable replacement. IPL teams should look for consistent performers like Dravid, Kallis, Raina, Dhoni, Vijay, Yuvraj and not flash in the pans like Uthappa and Co.
