You are right! Mr. Sharad Pawar is biggest thief of India. You name anything in Pune you will find at least 50% share in that. Lvasa city is the best expample how it is allowed ro build near the backwater of Panshet dam. Entire Pune will drink the sewage water of Lavasa city in the near future. Shame on the govt who issued permission to build this town.
