Inching towards this test? R u still dreaming that Pak will this test? haha good joke.

It was when Eng were 102/7 NOT when Eng are 347/7. A fool can only think Eng will lose this match, I am 70% sure that Pak will lose this game, and 30% will be confirmed after seeing their first innings final score card.

What a come back?
by Suresh Malepati on Aug 28, 2010 10:04 AM  | Hide replies

I did not expect England will go this far, everyone expected they will be bowled out with in 100 runs but Broad and Trott showed lot of determination and attitude. This partenership will go down in teh record books as one of the epic recoveries in history of Cricket. Trott is turning out to Laxamn of England team, I will not be surprised if both of them score double hundereds.

Wada must be implemented
by Sree Kumar on Aug 28, 2010 09:30 AM  | Hide replies

The WADA must be implemented in cricket strictly. I am sure these wiry Pak bowlers like Aamir, Md Adif etc are taking performance enhancing drugs.

Trott and Broad.
by Lilamber Joshi on Aug 28, 2010 07:37 AM  | Hide replies

If somebody deserved centuries in Tests, they are two some.Trott played an innings which not even Bradman played in his life time.Broad gave him wonderful support rather he started hitting as good as Trott. The great effort of Aamir is shadowed by the great hitting of these two.Now its upto the English bowlers to win the test and the series.
By the way what is Kevin Peterson doing in the English squad-just sitting on three years old accolades like Yuvraj in Indian team.

Jonathan Trott though not a attractive bat is a gutsy and courageous batter who has the ability to frustrate the opposition with his solid batting. He will be one man who will be the key to England's take on of Australia in the upcoming Ashes Series in Australia.

Cricket Cricket Cricket!

Strange that you have not bothered with reporting the Badminton World Championships. No wonder no body is interested in any game other than cricket. Saina I thought had a level head on her shoulders. Her recent makes me believe that success has gone on to her head. I hope she does not go the Sania way. It will be unfortunate for India.

The Sports authorities/ government agencies rush to honour the players once they achieve success in one or two events. This must stop. Awards like Khel Rathna or Arjuna should be given only to those whocontinuosly achieve feats over a decent period of time.

Buddy, this is a cricket report and obviously guys comment about cricket in this forum. How would you expect to find people commenting about badminton here? But, yes, i agree that people should be awarded when there is consistency in their performances.

She has no consistency in performance ? She is world no.2, you moron. Do you even know what that means ? Do you think someone can get there without having played well continuously for several years.
You half educated idiots can only say whatever comes across your mind and hence you are never taken seriously.

hats of kevin, paul for sharing spectacular pair of zeros 0-0

i salute trot & board to sail 102-7 titanic to good fighting total 346-7. i wish them all the best to break 267 3rd wicket MP Vaughan GP Thorpe Eng Pak in Manchester 2001 by scoring 23 more runs to surpass 369 runs without loosing wicket. SACHIN the god of cricket has ability to stop fall of wicket that he proved at Chennai when YUVRAJ scored record partnership to defeat england. so SACHIN the son in law of britishers will definitely like his skills copied by his in laws team? not only sachin inspires his team mates but teaches them how to play with straight bat like he was upset on day 4 when 3 wickets fall for just 49 runs chasing target of 300 less runs as usual AVALANCHE predicted by R Dravid of 3rd test in lanka and virtually asked all miidle order to play with straight bat not cross bat a copy book cricket & india won to level the series 1-1 insted of losing 2-0. so when ever record breaking partnerships are there SACHIN is always discussed FIRST as we hindus pray LORD GANESH first? partnership of 353 runs for 4th wicket by SR Tendulkar & VVS Laxman Ind Aus Sydney 2003-04 is the best oversees till date. so all the best for english gentelmen to to break records just as their son in law SACHIN does even if steps in play ground some record is recorded or broken? SEHWAG is carbon copy of sachin with fearless attacking ruthlessness. sehwag 195 against australia on boxing day is the best even if india lost there was a method in indias madne

comeout of ur "sachin phobia"...
be realistic....watch competitive cricket played between ENG-PAK....
u mean what Mr. dravid did for team india all these years..?
a water boy..??
have some proper cricket knowledge....
watch "cricket match" ....not sachin.....appreciate good performances frm all the players and their ability under tough match situations....not just sachin's inningses.....
in fact dravid played more crucial test winning inningses than sachin...
dravid [plays more for "team needs" than anyone else....

He is keeping himself fit for World Cup and also to play more Tests. T20 is not that taxing on a player compared to ODI. Though you see them play IPL and Champions League seriously on TV, they are basically having a laugh.

Afridi shows his age as 27.. and till the last 2-3 years he was 25!!

I am dead sure he is more than 30.. Pakistanis show fake ages thats 100% sure.. there was this guy called Hasan Raza who was supposed to be 13-14 when he made his debut in 1995-96, and today that guy is 25!

I think Pakistani cricketers should be asked to play for years and not their ages!

LOL
