Suraj may have bowled no ball, but he was instructed to do so by senior players like Sanga, Dilshan and a few others who were overheard in the microphone telling Suraj to bowl no ball. So Suraj is being made the scapegoat as usual in these kind of misdemeanours. It is unlikely Suraj have noballed on purpose by taking matters into his own hands without approval of seniors.
