stop blaming the seed, blame the tree. Was Randiv there, when they stopped Sachin at 96 at Cuttack last year again on a Monday. It is a SL policy. THe faster we Indians know what stuff Lankans are made of, better for us.

Funny thing to see replies without an ORIGINAL MESSAGE ! Is the Forum Moderator also in Sangakkara's group ?
It was strange to see that sewag played 99 balls with 99 runs in the end The score board displayed 99 runs and counted the last No ball and showed 100 balls .
I always keep on posting mesgs in this forum that these lankan players are born cheaters, chuckers and throwers. Much to the irritation of viru, this randiv bowled a no ball delinerately to deny a well deserved ton. Sanga is the most cruked captain i have ever seen. when they were 5 down for just 40 odd runs in an ODI in Delhi last year, they made hue n cry over the pitch. He questioned on the rankings when they won a test match this year. This same sanga wants IPL money and plays for Punjab. Now he employs wrong tactics even in loss. Whaddadirtyplayya!!! Cheaters tag to Lanka!! Chucker Murali Thrower Malinga Cheater Sanga
But whatever was that no ball or cheat by lankans...you see the confidence and big smile on veeru's face that time..he is so brave to hit sixer on 99...he does every time...braveheart.

They are home tiger and away rat and NZ beating Lanka is quite tough specially in Lanka
one question only who benefited from randiv's no-ball issue, india???so if we start thinking in that perception i guess there wouldn't have been this core discussion on sehwag
Re: match

the discussion is that randiv needlessly bowled a wide to prevent sehwag from getting a deserved 100. 30% runs in the match scored by Sehwag alone.

the match was already won by india then, so thats hardly an issue.
If Randiv had legitimately tried to prevent sehwag by bowling well or even making sure he doesnt get the strike, it would have been fine. But throwing a no ball and not even giving him a chance is a cheap shot...
High caharcter and good sprtsmanship is when you are able to appriciate other persons game and give him his due, even while playing tough.
When you are playing backhanded things to simply prevent other player from getting his due, i think that very cheap...it shows that you can appriciate and digest other peoples success.
