One should have a Ph.D in Maths to understand all these stupid, unnecessary rules. Why did they have to completely alter the basic laws ? Cricket is played between 11 players a side, whether its test, ODI or T20. Why have 12 players ? Might as well name it something else.

May be, some more matches can be conducted before framing this sort of format.. If it can be used for exhibition matches between the teams or can be used for warmups so that ppl become aware of the format and later can be inducted into the domestic circuit for fine tuning..

Sachin echoed it in public first.. but it was in frame for longer time dude.. Even Sanjay Jha of Cricketnext proposed this format some 4 yrs back!!
Now, i m not saying anything against Sachin.. But, please dont project this as ONLY BECAUSE SACHIN SAID!!!

When you write about Allrounders finishing their career I would love to see players like Ravindra Jadeja, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan and Yuvraj Singh who are labelled as Allrounders who can not bat or bowl!
