I don't think injured and rested players in Indian team would make much diffrence to ultimate outcome of this tournament. Zahir Khan's loss may affect in Test match not in ODIs where bowlers like Praveen Kumar and Nehra are more useful. Harbhajan's resting is blessing in disguise as he would have finished tournament without any wickets taken. Oza is much better option. Sachin's place could be effectively filled by youngsters like Kohli/Rohit. Yuvraj is more comfortable in this format as there is little time to make nervous start. We have more balanced team than other two teams. India should win this Tournament without much trouble.
It is in the hands of Nehra, who should bowl better. It depends in the hands of Viru as all know. It depends in the hands of Ojha,Ashwin. The key superlative players are Raina,Kohli and the captain himself

I agree. Newzelanders are weakest as team in this Tourney. They are more depending on Tylor and Styris in batting and Nathan Macculam in bowling.India may not have much trouble in beating them.
remember what indian selectors did before 2007 world cup...they were "testing the Bench strength" and players didnt get time to settle as a team and a very strong looking team was out of the 1st round.....

1.They should not get injured in playing these matches. 2. They have nothing to prove - they are proven match winners. They can play directly even without match practice - into world cup matches.
