When Australia was at No.1 for almost a decade, they only won for 1 time in INDIA that too with a slender margin. Sangakkra wants rating system to make SL as No.1 team without winning a sereies in INDIA till now. When they came to INDIA we smacked them 2-0. But we could level the latest series with a depleted side itself. What makes him to feel that SL is a better test team than INDIA inspite of 1-1 result. Shameless and baseless statements.

But Australia won Test Series in every country both home and away in that period.. which INDIA has not done and will never ever do it.. So far they have not won against S.Africa both home and away, not beaten Sri Lanka and Australia away... and also did not win test series against Pakistan in India.. so ...

bruno steve waugh led australia were never no. 1, because they could not defeat india either away(ganguly led india defeated steve waugh led asutralia 2-1) or at home (steve waugh led aus could only draw against ganguly led india.

really? why is that so? for not winning any of the 3 T20 WC so far? or because of losing the odi series to england in three straight matches making the remaining 2 matches irrelevant to the outcome of the series? or because they lost both T20 matches to pak soon afterwards? or because they lost to pak in last test. they did not even manage to make 100 runs in the first innings lasting just about 33 overs. or because ponting is looking for a new job fearing his 3 rd straight ashes loss on england soil?
