Re: Is bowling India's biggest weakness?

Dude, We are no 1 only because of batting, and we may lose that ranking only because of our bowling.
Srilanka has been winning toss in srilanka not only with India but other countries too. Nearly 80-90% toss they won and bat first and pile runs. The huge total itself is first hurdle for the countries playing second. Because as we see in the series, it helps for batsman and afterword the bowlers. Had (Srilanka) they batted second, they would have had to face the same hurdle too. Shewag with such type flat wicket would have three three hundreds had he batted for two days. That secnerio did not happen for srilanka. In such contest, India did better in two tests except in first test. The weakness of the bowling already known and the strength of the batting also known. The strength of batting proved in these series. But after the fab three ( four earlier) who will? that is the question remains now with India. We don't have ( or not found) Sachin, dravid, ganguly, laxman like players now. So we have to look forward those players to replace them. That is the taunting task before India.

Typical Indian mentality .. giving excuses.. And they say that they have the best batting line up in the whole world.. Is it only when India bats first.. Has India never lost of test batting 1st ??? At least 40% of them are lost batting first by India

the type of srilanka wickets, when india bat first, srilanka also faced the problem of sinking. In such contest only, i have analysed the performance of India's as better. We have to see the identical conditions to analyse both teams. That's why cricket is termed as No Fair Play cricket

What pathetic standard of Rediff. "It goes without saying that India badly misses Zaheer Abbas and Anil Kumble," reasons former chairman of selectors Kiran More.
Lol @ the thought of Zaheer Abbas bowling for the current Indian team.
