Dravid looked pathetic and monstrous the way he batted. Dravid has lost all his batting skills. Even Mithun looked more confident than Dravid while he batted. Selectors should drop Dravid like a hot potato. It is high time Pujara or some other youngster replaced Dravid. Dravid is become a joke. He is not a wall anymore.

If India has to take 20 wickets in the match they need to bring back the bowling coach.

they have a bowling coach and guess what ? Bowlers like mishra / ojha skip training sessions meant to improve their performance. Guess we all saw the effects in the 3 tests of how good they were.

Please don't tell me of how ojha picked wickets in 3rd test. We had sehwag pick wickets while he is a batsmen

IDEAL COMBINATION OF BATTING, BOWLING & FIELDING

The general saying is'"Bowlers win matches for you". This statement was made after cricket witnessed the performance of Roberts, Garner, Holding, Marshall, Lillee, Thompson, Sarfraz, Imran,Wasim, Waqar, Qadir, Hadlee, Warne, Murali and ofcourse Chandra, Pras, Venkat, Bedi and so on. Similarly people started telling Catches win matches after seeing Solkar,Alan Knott, Jhonty, Mark Waugh, and other fielders worth mentioning. But after seeing the performance of Pak against England, people will now correct themselves and say that right combination of Batting and Bowling assisted by good fielding is what is required for winning the match. I really pity Md. Aameer, Asif and Gul.

Akram is a big India fan
by Harsha Bhogle on Aug 10, 2010 04:08 AM  | Hide replies

He is a true great. He had given bowling tips to Irfan and Zaheer (when Irfan was still young and Zaheer was having problems with his grip) and was blasted by the PCB for giving free advice to the Indian bowlers. To the extent that he was accused of not helping the Pakistani bowlers enough and instead helping the Indian bowlers more. So guys at least dont malign this main by calling him names. Give him his due!

Rauna has proved that he is better than Yuvraj. There are many players who are better than Yuvraj for tests.Cheteshwar pujara & Badrinath should be next in line for tests.

@ Sahil & Gopal..
u r right mates. Our bowlers aren't capable of taking 20 wickets forget about subcontinent wickets but I afraid they are unable to take on Australian or African or English wickets! Zaheer is only bowler who is looking good but none else. Bhajji is just good on Indian wickets (even here also he's not doing anygood nowadays). I justttt wonder why the hell we can't produce some quality seam bowlers who can bowl at 145 consistently or swing the bowl like Asif. Swan is doing much better than Bhajji in spin bowling.

its not sunny, its prasad. Also he is right for few reasons. No point bowling overpitched or bowling on the legside at 145 kmph right ?

Well Pakistan lost despite a wonderful bowling attack at their disposal...it will be treat to watch our batsmen...Dravid,Sachin and Laxman bat in those conditions....my mouth is watering......thinking of the prospect... I doubt whether we can see the trio together in England..
