Curious as to why should Akram respond about Pakistani team when asked about the Indo Sri Lanka series?

Do you always work on this roundabout twisted logic, or is this something seasonal?

Nice to know that if we start commenting on Eng-Pak series, the pitches in Sri Lanka will suddenly become livewire unplayable pitches... :)

BTW, why do you think pitches in England are as dull and flat as the Sri Lankan pitches? :)

Wasim Akram stay in your country and please DO NOT come to India. We already have enough Mus1ims like Azharuddin, SR Khan, Amir Khan etc. We don't want more people coming to India and fund the organizations like SIMI, LeT, Huji.

You are an a-hole Chiru P. Muslims in India have been proud citizens of this country for a long time and will remain so for a long time to come. Your ridiculous prejudice only shows that there are a-holes like you in every community.

Wasim should be worrying about the unseen ebb Pakistan cricket team is at the moment. With butter fingered fieldsmen and non-technical batsmen,Pakistan cricket team looks worse than Bangladesh team. India cricket team is in safe hands even though sachin, rahul and laxman retire, suresh, chiteshwar and rohit are ready to take over.

The restrictions in English County Cricket killed the West Indies and Pakistan teams. None of these teams have local infratructure to sustain top quality teams. In the 70s & 80s English County cricket had standards that were higher than international cricket. The counties were full of stars from W Indies, Pakistan, South Africa. That is gone and so are the great teams of WIndies & Pak. Cricket now is of substandard - India doesnt hv any fast bowler or any attack bowler, Pak dont hv batsmen, W Indies dont have either - Aus is rebuilding, SL is steady but can be better, England is so so, Bangladesh, Zimbabe can easily be discounted.
Cricket has seen its great days.

err Chiru, not everyone can be as informed as people like us. thats what makes us soo much better than people like you. we are born superior , think superior and will always be better than you.

Comming back to your comment, it was a very valid comparison. If however you have the stats to back you up and show me that indian bolwers are as good a aussie/ english/Sa/ NZ/Porki / Wi bowlers, please be my guest

Chirrup:

So you ARE comparing Indian bowling and Pakistani batting with the top 5 teams? Hmmmm...

And what are the results of your comparison? That Abhimanyu Mithun is the next Doug Bollinger? That Pragyan Ojha is inspiring fear in the batsmen that Murali used to evoke? And that Harbhajan Singh has taken 10 wickets 3 times in the series to totally destroy the fragile Sri Lanka batting, and that Imran Farhat is more deadly than Virender Sehwag?
Hmmmm....

Dead pitches needed!!!
by sujith karun on Aug 08, 2010 09:53 PM  | Hide replies

If dead pitches are no more prepared, then how can the "God" continue with his form??!!

We saw him crumbling under pressure in the third test, the first time he was put under it...

Cant believe the media still trumpeting "God's" achievements, and giving so little coverage to Laxmans great innings, though it was 100 times better than the bes of "God's" innings...

Media is praising Laxman more than Tendulkar. Do not show your hatred for Tendulkar and go and show your shoulder to Sangakara who is crying. It is God who hit double century to save India from defeat and had 100 runs partnership in second innings and contributed more than 40 in the first Innings. He is the highest scorer in the Indian side

"GOD" is the highest scorer of useless runs for the team..and 100% selfish for himself..
His slow grinding innings in second test, ensured India could never win...
I support India, but hate when people call some one GOD, who has never performed any miracles with the bat!!
Call him a very good batsman, then it is fine..but GOD?? then u oughta do some thing to proove it...

Selfish Sachin once again proved that he cannot do well under pressure. He struggled all the way and should have been out on 18 itself when dilshan dropped the catch....
