What is missing?
by Vijay on Aug 06, 2010 01:22 PM  | Hide replies

Highest individual score in a Test Match innings?
Highest individual aggregate in two innings of a Test Match taken together?
Highest aggregate in a series of Two, Three, Four and Five Test Matches of a series?
Highest career average?
Number of times a person has scored 2 centuries in a Test Match?
Highest Centuries to Test Match or Centuries to Test Innings ratio?
Maximum number of Double, Triple and Quadruple Centuries scored in Test Matches?
I am not a statiscian, but I guess that since all cricket records are held by Sachin Tendulkar, the aforementioned ones are also held by him.

opening an inningse in " one dyers" is safe thing...not as crucial as "test" match....better know this thing.....restrictions in field placings, wide rule, no ball rule all in favour of batsmen....plus a batting pitch ...every test ceter prepares "batting paradise" for 1 dayers, unlike test pitches....middle order is the crucial position where things can go either way in 1 dayers.....have some cricketing knowledge...before commenting

What is missing in Tendulkar's bag? World Cup which other greats have achieved Kapil, Viv, Clive Lloyd, Imran, Ponting, Waughs, Akram. If he plays selfless in WC then we could win world cup, if his bag has to contain the WC also, then he has to play selfless as Sehwag, fearless when you are on 94 n.O

:) So by hitting a six when on 94, and then getting out at 104 you increase the chances of world cup win?

Hmmmm... any idea what our bowlers have to do to ensure a win? Repeat our performance in the 2003 world cup final? ;-)

Sachin did not do what Kapil achieved with limited batting skills.. check out what we achieved in 1983 WC. he scored 173 no from 17/5 (remember he is not a specialist bat).. we forget the value of all rounders and glorify selfish sportsperson..

so how is scoring 175 from 17/5 considered selfless and scoring 200 counsidered selfish ? I am confused.

Question 1: do you know English ?

Question 2 : Do you know what Selfish Means ?

Question 3 : If yes to the above , how many times were you dropped on your head as a child ?

Question 4 : if Zero to Question 3, Does this disease of Zero IQ run in your family or are you the 1st byproduct ?

Question 5 : Did your folks ever consider ending their lives for giving birth to a waste like you ?

Question 6: If yes to question 5 , do you not consider your being selfish for consuming national resources when better individuals can benefit from from it ?

India was never able to win the world cup wheneve he was in the team...So unlucky for the team...we need to throw him out to pave way for a better young cricketer so that we can win next world cup...He always played for himself not for country....

And you are a GENIOUS!!... :)

India has never won a world cup when Dhoni was in the team, when Yuvi was in the team, or when Erapalli Prasanna was in the team.

I am sure all those players too are useless and play for themselves... right? :)

I am sure u r working with the news channels of India, who had retired sachin from cricket not less than 5 times. I think u need to come down to wankhede & say this remarks, then only u will realise the consequences of the remarks that u r making. By the way Cricket is the Game & not gambling for luck & badluck. If sachin is unlucky for the team then selectors should not select the team, Lucky players will automaticaly get selected because of there luck why they play domestic cricket & all.
I do not think u r an Indian, U must be Australian to say this comments.

why as long as long as Tendlya makes 750 runs in 6 tests...also let someone take that claim by playing well consistently...everyone thought Yuvraj will replace Ganguly and tell today has not played one good Test innings that saved or won match for us...now people sing Raina praise and wait until South Africa tour...give respect and time for seniors like Sachin to retire...
