The root cause is one person!. No one is even mentioned his name. Modi, Shetty, Reddy etc...are just when we see from outside...

The root cause man.. the main trouble maker..is happily sitting in the same seat...

God save India!

If you would have been managing BCCI professional this fiasco would never had happened.

who gave all these powers to modi?
If IPL is a part of BCCI then why they never had a review of IPL?
Why the share holders registers were never checked by BCCI?

Any answeres Mr. Shetty?

FIRST MANAGE BCCI PROFESSIONALLY
by damodaran mohan on Apr 28, 2010 06:27 PM

What about BCCI, Mr,Shetty ? It doesn't need rocket science to figure out that all the IPL problems have arisen due to unprofessional and arbitrary way of running the BCCI.As long as the parent body is derelict you cannot expect its off-spring to be an angel. So, Mr, Shetty first set the BCCI house in order, IPL will get set right automatically.

This is a good joke!

IPL will be managed professionaly? First of all, let the affairs of the BCCI be managed professionally. Professional management is possible only when politicians are chucked out and real professionals (not mercenaries like Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri) are appointed. BCCI has always been a den of politics and IPL / Lalit Modi were a diversion. The moment BCCI found Modi dispensable, they made him the fall guy and chucked him out. If they want IPL to be managed professionally, dissolve the present Governing Council completely, constitute a fresh committee with none of the old members being given a place and make its operations transparent. There is no point in talking about professionalism and transparency without actually implementing it!

Very well said. Hope the Government takes this opportunity to clean up the entire system. First and foremost, Sharad Pawar and other jokers should resign their respective posts and pave way to a professionally managed team. Members like Niranjan Shah and Bindra are a liability and should dispensed immediately.

This is a very good starting point for overhauling the system which has been corrupt and scandlous till now.
