the most important is not advertisement. And they are looking for the ability to conceal the black money with assured higher returns. So pharma men has the ability to introduce the schemes for docters. Hence, they choose.

how come LKM had advt business experience before his stints or posts with BCCI??He too was just ordinary greedy & shrewd businessman. So its no big issue even if u dont have exp. so long as u r ready to take that extra mile to take blame later and in the process make huge money (by wrong means) like LKM did
