I saw this man Amin talking in english on TV news channel and I must say he sounds like a chappal shop keeper. When someone is going to face the media and run a show of such a big magnitude, personality and fluency should be given equal importance as being non corrupt.

This is the problem. Rather than bringing in Mr. Manohar or someone else the BCCI brings in some quite, calm and unknown figure so that he will keep quite and work like a rubber stamp. The entire functioning of BCCI stinks and as long as politicians are involved in it, this wont get any better. All the inquiries and commissions are hog wash. Nothing is going to happen and the issue will die down. BCCI wanted to take over IPL into their hands so that they will have a free hand to make money the way they want with the support of their political groups. No one bothers about sport or public in any manner. It can only happen in India and we will always be mute spectators to the new bed time stories these people tell.
though the IPL Commissioner has been replaced with new one but i still find the corruption will not reduce instead it will cahnge hand from one to another. Remember how the ICL was banned by BCCI and the players who participated in the ICL were not recognised by BCCI and the too brought pressure on other Cricket boards as BCCI is the only super cash rich board as cricket is not that popular in other countries like england, Australia, New Zealand, SA as these coutries are good other games too. And we Indians are made for Cricket and more so Satta/ Betting . With IPL people have got another chance for Satta/Betting as other events are very limited like Election, Riots, Rains etc. and with huge involvement of thousands of Crores there is a chance for Fixing of Matches as all the owners are Businessmans and they too can siphon lot of profit without knowing others.
It is bettter to Give importance to our own local state boards rather than involving outsiders.
also it will be better if time is reduced from one month to 15 days as lot of students are not doing studies and are involved in watching TV,s
