All matches are fair except any KKR/KXIP win. KKR is not capable of winning on merit.
Sachin Sir, is great there is no doubt about it, and its useles and waste of time to mention again n again, but as far as highest score is concerned (orange cap), pls note this achievement is reserved for opening batsmen only, see the chart , who is the contender, only kallis and other regular opening batsmen, you cant expect , saurabh,uthappa,pathan or any lower order batsman to reach that lavel. in t2020 you have 120 ball to play and opening batsman have time and ball to settle thier innings, that is why, ganguly,dravid,sachin,hayden,gilcrist using thier power and opted to bat open. POOR Juniors.

you are absolutely correct Sara. That's one of the advantages of being opening batsman. That is the advantage that sachin gets in T20 or ODI matches. I am not saying that it is an unfair advantage but advantage nevertheless. That is why even while praising him for all those centuries he has scored in ODI's, one shouldn't compare other batsmen with sachin in regards to centuries because they never get the chance to face as many balls as sachin does. So it is unfair when one says see how many centuries sachin has hit and asks how many centuries yuvraj, dhoni, raina etc. have made.

If dhoni , raina & yuvi do opening, Their record will worse than their present record. Dhobi average technique will be exposed by all fast bowlers & he will never able to score against quality side. Mr vaidya learn some cricket before writing any crap.

Mr Ashish Kumar, I would like to present you with another little piece of statistics. You have often said that it is because of no. of not outs etc. that dhoni has a good record. Let me point out to you that Dhoni has scored more than 5000 ODI runs over a course of about 5 years and he has scored them at a rate faster than sachin. sachin took 141 matches 138 innings to score 5000 odi runs with 11 100's and 31 50's. Dhoni took 152 matches 135 innnings to complete 5000 odi runs with 5 100's and 34 50's. So inspite of the fact that dhoni bats more often at a lower batting position and sachin has played at the opening position many more times than dhoni has, dhoni completed 5000 runs playing 3 innings lesser than sachin. If inspite of this anybody wants to say that dhoni is no good, he has either very poor cricketing knowledge or he is insane. The number of times dhoni has performed in crunch situations in amazing and in that respect he is far ahead than sachin.

For your information Ashish Kumar, whenever he has batted up the order dhoni has scored very well. while batting as an opener (2 times), one down (16 times) or 2 down (13 times) i.e. a total of 31 innings he has scored 1825 runs (about 60 runs per innings!) with 3 centuries and 15 fifties with a strike rate of 100 runs per 100 balls. whenever he has come 1 down (not a very big difference between opener and 1 down) he has scored 993 runs in 16 innings with 2 100's and 6 50's. So your contention that dhoni will have a bad record batting up the batting order is nonsense. dhoni has proved time and again that he can bat at any position and score well with a good strike rate. On the contrary sachin could achieve so much in ODI only because he opens the innings. whenever he has batted at the position that usually dhoni comes sachin has failed. for example, at fifth position dhoni has played 38 innings (9 times notout) making 1560 runs with strike rate of 85 runs and 3 100's and 7 50's while sachin has played 36 innings (8 times notout) and scored 797 runs at 81 strike rate 0 100's and 5 50's. So Mr Ashihsh Kumar you learn some cricket before writing any crap.

@ Sara just opening an innings doesn't fetch u th eotange cap.The mentioned opening batsmen are doing their job well, which is why they are up in the table.There are opening batsmen in other tems too..they haven't come in top of the table..y is that so?

nithesh, Sara is correct. Yes not all opening batsmen are on the top of the table. To top the table one should do their job well. But opening batsmen have all the more chances to make it to the top of the table as compared to those who bat lower down the order.

tejas, sara was not talking about oza. oza just proved what sara said. oza has done well precisely because he is opener. had he not been the opener his chances of good showing would have been considerably less. sara was speaking about juniors who had to come down the order, so less chances of making at the top of the table.
Its better he plays for the final, so that CSK can win. Only Sachin can play like a odi game and taking single of the last ball, let him get all the strike. Even Csk fan will want to see him in the MI team. If he is not playing then pollard might come in the 12th over or so and might be dangerous.
