This is the main issue with Robin. He may not click when it really matter. Dear Robin, Now you may be realizing the reason why you are out of ICC t20 sqad. Few good knocks are enough to secure a seat. What you lack is consistancy.

Very sad that RCB lost, i think its mainly because of -
1. Robin Utappa - No doubt he is talented, but his loose shots and lack of commitment to win is missing. He was mentioning in an interview on the other day that he was dissapointed that he was not even chosen in the list of 30 probables for T20 world cup. I think he needs to first convince himself whether is fit to be in 30 probables. He should first understand that just working hard is not enough, you need to be smart also.
I think he has been given too many chances in the past which he did not utilise and he has never scored big runs, he is never consistent or atleast does not take the respoisibility of playing as per the need.
I really pity kumble for having relied on such non commital players like Utappa, Manish pandey and even Vinay kumar. ( I am only wondering will Vinay kumar will ever get a match to play in the world cup)

VERY TRUE Robin Uttapa is Vinod Kambli - Part II. Sachin has done so much for vinod , but he never capitalised the chance. No doubt, Robin has the same 'No fear' attidute just like Vinod, but he is not consitent. He lacks focus. Instead he is wondering why he is not selected for T-20 WC. This is the answer. God Bless MI. well robin should think thousnad time b4 saying anything about selection of t20 wc. couz first of all he has got replaced with zaheer in 2edition of ipl, since he was not doing well for MI, just bcouz of robin mi has lost many matches. i just wanna say robin there are many talented cricketrs waitning to get selected in indian team, saurabh tiwari, ambati rayudu, naman ojha, mithun minhas...and they are working hard to perform well, and making full use of the oppurtunities they get..so dont play blame game for not being selected in indian team..just work hard & and be smart with your cricket.

Please don't compare Robin with Kambli..kambli was a legend and his name was taken along with sachin and Lara... Kambli messed up his career with his sttitude problem.. He proved himself in highest form of game against quality oppositions.. Uthappa is a talented clean hitter of ball and meant for T20 or one day slog overs.

The joke is not clear. Are Sachin and Lara not legends? Kambli is also in the same league, but his attitude as said by Alok caused his downfall.

Buddy I am amused. Kambli scored only against the likes of england. U call him a legend? Then agarkar is a legend too as he scored a ton against england! lol.
Hey when Tendulya got out, Banglore was celbrating like they won the IPL-3. If you didn't watch the game on TV, check the pictures out on Cricinfo. This shows how much respect opposition has for Tendulya and his batting ability..
And when Ganguly was getting out in KKR games, the opposition were hardly celebrating but KKR team on bench smiling and lauging most of the times. Gangulys fall probably gave them hint of hope of winning those games...

in this IPL ganguly has given very good performance ... failed as a captain only ...
and plz stop this infight of indians against indians ... why does it bother you if there is one more good player along with tendulkar ... do u want tendulkar to be the only player in india ?? how stupid

OK, now I understand your logic: 1. In cricket, Tendulkar is the only good player. Everybody else is useless. 2. In Business, Mukesh Ambani is the only successfull businessman, everybody else has failed and live below poverty line. 3. In Architecture, only Taj Mahal has decent credentials, everything else in the world is ugly. 4. In Indian Railways, only Duronto is fast, every other train including Rajdhani is damn slow. 5. In Vegetables, only spinach has vitamins and minerals. All other vegetables are useless.
