No, it does not exist. Because to prosecute a JUDDGGE SAHIB, IAS OFFICER, GOVT. CLERK, MP, MLA, CM - You need Special Permission.
One thing is for sure Lalit Modi created best sports brand for India. He must have made money for himself. But think about all junior players. Today people are aware of them ..How many of us knew name of the Ranaji cricket players. IPL has given money to junior playes also. It has created money so that there can be stadiums built without govt support. This guys has done a great job.
As for as irregularities are concerned, govt offices are most corrupt. Why govt do not try to clear their own mess. What they were doing all 3 years. Suddenly they have woken up because Mr. Tharoor could not encash his money which got illegaly in IPL kochi team.
These ministers are talking about transparency. It is just use/misuse of power. These minister take lot of cash money just for posting some official to high earning positions. All this goes in cash. Transfer doesn't take place in hands. Goto minister house keep the cash in below some tree, in Gamalas or leave it at the door so that noone can catch them. How can such corrupt people can clean IPL. IPL is much cleaner than these ministers. I am very much sure if enquiry is done properly, many more ministers will be naked in public. But I really doubt. This all propaganda will stop after few days.

I FULLY AGREE. LET THE GOVERNMENT CLEAN ITS HOUSE FIRST. OUR GOVT (PRESENTLY OF CONGRESS) IS NO EXAMPLE FOR ANY IPL OR ICL OR WHATEVER.TODAY A CONGRESSMAN IS AFFECTED, EVERY WOKE UP.
This can only happen in India!! Just because Lalit tweeted about Tharoor, he and the owners are being investigated and trying to bring the IPL down. How in the world can a private entity like IPL be dragged down by Govt ..? So, one day if reliance releases the payments it makes to politicians than it will be brought down to it knees too..? It is scary to do business in India, people has to deal with legal & illegal Mafia.
Now it is a game of collection and use of blackmail cards... From Sonia all the way to MMS, Pranab...Pawar, Patel, Modi are collecting black-mail cards against each other....
Crook so called sharad pawar must be thrown out .1st he is robbing the country by being the agriculture minister ..Indian farmers are committing suicide ,etc ..while sharad pawar is selling very good quality Indian wheat to europe ,etc at very low price while he receives large amounts of cash beforehand in swiss banks as a thank you for doing that . While being also being the icc president ,this crook sharad pawar is involved in gambling syndicates ,etc ...while Indian cricket team has started suffering badly in cricket even though India has great upcoming new players
I doubt that lalit Modi ever said he was doing social work..he is a businessman and is making money but our corrupt politicians who talk of themselves as saints are the real asshooooooooles...congi party is just seeking revenge......we r ruled by the worst corrupts in the whole world.

This may be the best thing that has happened to IPL. Let them all come clean and remove the smoke around and clean all the doubts about IPL (correct wherever it went wrong and punish whomever did that).
At the end, IPL should stay as it gives good boost to the economy and it is good for India.

Who said IPL is cricket. It is pure entertainment and good alternate for cinema (which is c r a p anyways)
