This guy Shukla is like a parasite in BCCI. Whoever is in power in BCCI, he uses his political clout to be in helm of affairs. BCCI will be much cleaner & better without guys like Shukla and Modi.

No, BCCI is "pretending" to take action against Modi to make Tharoor happy! As long as Sharad Pawar is BCCI president, Modi is safe. Unless of course, something really bad comes out that associating with Modi becomes a bad thing for Pawar. Till then, Bye Bye Tharoor!!
