i am 100 % sure court will interefere in police work and direct police to return the passport. courts in india will never help poor but for rich people it gives judgement quickly.
This is just the taste for Shoaib Malik. Indian husbands are even worst treated than dogs in the court. Their passport are not only impounded, but also they are not released until the case is over or the husband is forced huge sum as settlement. This is the bueaty of IPC 498a law, and 99.7% cases are false. Why to have such law when such things happen. And those who fight the case, it takes 10 years for the husband to prove innonence.

unnecessarily harrasment from the hands of court....thats why pending cases r increasing day by day...they r such time wasting
Ayesha and her family showed the pakistani a wrong picture, which was that of a beautiful lady. The Pakistani fell in love with the picture, thinking it to be that of Ayesha.Later he found Ayesha as a fat lady. So he escaped. Now he found Sania, who back-kicked another fellow few months back. The two therefore got married, based on some undertsanding. How can the police take away his passport for this? Let them enjoy as long as they can. It is basically a saga of frauds and hypocrits.
