There is one man in this country who is the baap of all corruption everywhere - right from food grains to sugar to cricket. He is the single most deadly cancer inflicted on the body of Bharat Mata. And yet he gets away thru his political machinations. His name is Sharad Pawar. Modis & Tharoors would come & go, he is the constant of the cancer of this country. Your & mine taxes pay for him, give him security and give him facility to carry on the loot. He is the biggest mafia who would put a Dawood to shame. And even if all know it including the media, no one can do a damn. We shall keep killing machchars like Modi & Tharoor and sleep.

True, but then look at the larger picture... He is still getting elected, his party members getting elected in every election. There is a degeneration in the society and the values are not considered virtues any more. Everything is headed to one direction - destruction!

What do you expect?? As per CAG report even NCW did not visit Jail in last 3 years to check the condition of women prisoners (This is mandatory as per law)
Whole Kerala youth are behind ShashiTharoor who has tried and brought IPL Team for Kerala state. All should support him. If he has any relation with the lady Ms Pushkar, it is his personal matter. As such he is not a N.D. Tiwary and he has every right to marry any body he likes. But the service given by ShashiTharoor to Kerala cricket shall ever be remembered.

1. For Kerala Cricketers - Well Hardly Any player is left in Kerala or India to be picked up. Have team might Kochi overseas players max.
2. For Kochi Sports - The Kochi IPL owners Will Not Even a paisa spend on stadium. Already Have They spend enough in auction.
3. For Kerala Public - For all we know, They Might Not Have to Pay Any tax to Kerala Govt. Maharashtra style.
4. How much Kerala Govt. Will Have to spend on police bandobast?
5. The prize money goes to Owners / Players.
6. Over time, the value of equity might rise, But Who Will benefit - OWNERS.
The question is why the promoters Were ready to spend Such a high sum - either it is Not hard earned money (Black) or They Want to do something else in the background. Former Captain Azar might be Able to answer.

A1--> It will help bring more awareness about cricket in the state and help in inspiring the younger gen. to take the sport seriously.
A2--> The stadium is being built by BCCI and the construction will be over by 2012.
A3--> Kerala govt. is not going to give any tax oncessions.Their exchequer is almost empty and they need all the money they can get.
A4--> The expense for security/police is paid to the govt. by the organizers.
IPL gets huge TV coverage and this will help the promoters build a brand name for their various business ventures. Also most of the consortium companies are involved in construction and Kerala is a facing a boom time right now in terms of infrastructure. So if you think from their POV it is not much of a price to pay for that kind of exposure and it is totally worth it.
