Murali vijay deserves a better deal as far as national selection is concerned. In the coming auctions for the new ipl contract he will definitely become a sort after player. Hope he stays in Csk itself.
how do u account for the fielding? we have seen some brilliant match-turning catches and some brilliant saves (like 5 runs saved by Ross Taylor in one match...forgot which one)? How about wicket-keeping? Have seen some amazing stumpings and catches behind the wicket. Fielders and keepers have a big role in this format as we have seen the teams loosing game for dropping catches at crucial junctures. Even a six-year old can do this analysis nowadays.

I meant that 6-yr old can do the analysis that is been present...not the one that would account for the role of fielding, keeping and captainship.
