they wont play with mumbai in semi finals. if they win against delhi they will be in third place and play with bangalore and if they lose to delhi they will end up in 5th or 6th place depending on where royals are after today's game. that means they will not even enter semifinals. one chance they may play with mumbai is if they lose to delhi and both chennai and royals also losing their last matches and KKR losing to mumbai in the last match. this weekend fixtures are very interesting. james and talkcool. whats wrong with u both. if not interested in IPL why come to this forum atall?
i am waiting for the announcement by which the mallu franchisee (owned by marathis and gujratis) will be shifted to nagpur or ahmedabad...the minister is claiming for kochi franchisee when not even a single financer is a mallu...

If Shilpa SHETTY can "own" a RAJASTHAN based franchise, why not a Marathi/Gujrathi own a Kochi based franchise?
All so called experts are questioning the selection of Rohit Sharma in World Cup squad. The same experts never ever questioned the selection of the Yuvraj Singh.
I really wonder why this bias? I am not Rohit Sharma's fan and please dont abuse me from that angle.

It is not that someone is not scoring runs or not bowling well in IPL matches should not be selected for Indian team for T20 WC. Yuvi is a proven performer over the years and in last two T 20 world cups he is the best Indian Batsman.Moreover his bowling is an added boost to the team. Rohit's selection is also good becaz he is a promosing younster who should be given chance.this team would be near perfect if Uthappa and pragyan Ohja are in place of Yusuf pathan and Chwla . Pathan is a attacking batsman but nevr conssistent. Also his performance in the last T 20 . and few onedyaers was terrible Ohja is better bowler for this type of matches then Chwla as a leegie and leaks more runs than a off spinner

why no one question selection of useless politician dhobi? In IPL 3 ducks. Only 1 fifty in last 10 matches. Responsible for all 3 loss in last T20 wcup. His strike rate less than 100 in t20 international- Lowest among all batsman. Not won a single T20 intl by own batting. Wicketkeeping also average. Introduced regionalism & politics in team. Even commented on senoirs that they can't play T20. Why he & his friend Yuvi & many avg northys friends always in team. Looks soild political, media & add co back up.

i think its his inconsistency when he is picked. he is a good batsmen but he doesnt make good use of the chances he is given & he has been given a lot.
in odis virat kohli has played almost half as many games as rohit & scored almost equal amount of runs as rohit. so its just his consistency he needs to work on.

not fair to compare direct numbers.. Virat Kohli got most of the games in India and Bangladesh. against comparitively weaker bowling attacks.. Rohit has played more games abroad (also Kohli is lucky to bat at no 3., in ODIs Rohit batted at 5 & 6.

And the same experts say that the selection should be based on current form.

Yuvi will be big success in 2020 World Cup, How come we forgot 6X6 already, something is not jelling with KXIP and Yuvi.
Rohit is absolute world class so as Virat Kohli. Their young blood takes too much risk and too many shots, its good and bad.
Instead Pathan they should bring in Utappa(is in form) or Kohli.

As long as political regional dhobi is captain, any way rohit(from mumbai)will not get chance. Its reserved for average performing northy only as long as dhobi is captain- Whether its yuvi or ishant or kohli or raina or nehra -all will be continue irrespective of performance
