Yuvraj is one big player who have his EGO even bigger. He want to be Captain all the times in every team. So he is more of a liability than an asset. He will be out of picture in no time with kinds of Murali vijay popping up as top performers..!

Yuvraj can be a nightmare as a captain. He should understand it and concentrate on his game and gils. Enough for him.

To become success he should have dedication like Sachin who is playing from last 20 yrs and never shown interest in becoming captain of any team
