Mallu rendezvous is in deep trouble. They dont even have an iota of evidence to backup their insinuation. Now they may have to pay 50Million $ to Modi to save theirA$$.
Why Lalit Modi didn't object to the share holder information in the beginning of the bidding process. So is he telling that he was totally unaware of the people who were bidding for the franchise? In that case, the bidding process was a totally flawed process and Modi has to take the moral responsibility. (I highly doubt that, especially when big shots like Videocon, Adani, Sahara are involved)
The total ownership pattern of all the IPL franchise is not disclosed, Preity, SRK, Ambani, Shilpa,.... they represent the franchise but it is not still disclosed the entire ownership pattern (that is why Modi said that he will bring those inf: after the IPL tournament).
So if he has not cared to disclose the inf: of those franchise for 3 years, why did he have to ask for those inf: from the Kochi team? and that through twitter. I would also like to shed some light to the pattern in which the bidding process was altered mid way in such a way that only 2 teams were eligible for bidding - Videocon and Adani. Later this was dropped when there was wide spread criticism and BCCI had to set things into order.
I am not saying that Kochi franchise has not done anything wrong. I seriously doubt a lot of black money is floating in IPL. The best method to clear all the smoke is to go through a vigilance enquiry to all the franchises and to know were the money is coming from.

Man, look at the IPLs initial auctioned figure, it was cheap bcoz not many were sure of IPL succsss. Modi's are shrewd they took a chance and grabbed the opportunity. They have paid the money ok.

modis brother in law is a business tycoon owning big company in nigeria....so putting in that kind of amount is just like putting a pinch of salt from the jar...
Yes Mr. Modi U R Right to authenticate every share holders. Since u now all the shareholders from the other IPL franchisee, most of them were are either ur relative or ur friend.
IPL can be vthout Modi as successful as vth Modi. I think whole credit should go to Mr Subhash Chandra of Zee as if he was not initiated ICL, IPL won't be created. So the idea of 20-20 domestic tournament is from ICL. In India cricket is religion, so success of IPL cannot be termed as brain of LALIT MODI
we mallus are a tried and tested lot at facing challenges. so all u guys out there, try as u might to deny us our team. Kochi IPL team is here to stay. See u in IPL season4.
