IPL has exposed errors made by our selectors in choosing team for 20-20 WC. One match wonder Yusuf Pathan should have been replaced by Virat Kohli. Useless cricketer Yuvraj Singh should have been dropped for Robin Uthapa. Zero spin bowler Bhajji is actually third best bowler in the Country after Amit Mishra & Pragyan Oza. Trivedi, Pankaj Singh & Harminder bowl much economical than costly Nehra.

IPL is a curse to International Cricket

Decline of Cricket is here. Orchestrated by BCCI for sole criteria to boost revenues and revenues only.
20-20 world cup schedule looks dwarfed by the number of matches played at IPL to earn more money.
Last Year Victory by Pak players was partly due to the fatigue factor of key players from other nations who participated at IPL. Gary Kirsten's word of advice was silenced immediately by BCCI.
Its all Money game. Cricket has lost its sheen and World Cup has lost its meaning.

20-20 is also not real cricket. So you want that banned too ?
Dont watch IPL if you are not interested. Nobody is forcing you.
Players have a choice too.

The other day (visiting a place almost 7 hours ahead where ipl matches start/finish at an ungodly hour) I was trying to catch up some of the action thru' an highlights capsule programme (one hour) covering 5 past games. Every match (less ads.) had about 10 minutes each that is about 5 minutes for each team.
One can very well imagine the speed at which different bowlers/batsmen went about their business (bowlers throwing at break-neck speed and batsmen hammering away at every ball)boy it was more a circus than a cricket game.
Anyway one very good happened from the viewing! I've stopped watching "T20" cricket after that experience.
