Before casting aspirations on others, do you have any evidence to prove your point?

lalit modi is not a politician. he needs to reveal nothing save by law. whereas we find a deliberate attempt by tharoor to hide facts. a politicians deals should be beyond transparent particularly the "holy cow" image he has tried to cultivate about him . now we should also ask what was the rates he was paying for his stay in 5 star or was it cross subsidized.
twitter is too little place for him to write about his underhand deals may be he should blog about them
holy tharoor

Remove Lalit Modi from IPL
by georgie samuel on Apr 13, 2010 09:54 AM

What ever is the problem with the Rendezvous Sports World should have been checked before the bid is being accepted. Now it is clear that the Lalit Modi has some vested interested. Modi Must be Removed from the IPL commissioner Post . More over relaease the Share holder stakes of all Nin team in IPL ..Govt should ask the IPl to reveal it. This will help to avoid black money in IPL

BCCI should step in
by sanath on Apr 13, 2010 09:50 AM  | Hide replies

It is high time BCCI reined in this Modi guy and showed him where he stands. After coughing up 1500 crores, the group certainly have a reason to complain if Modi goes about tom-toming details that they dont want publicized.

To all that criticize Tharoor - How many of us know the shareholders of all other teams and their names ? So then why was only this group targetted ? If Modi had a problem with the way the group was formed, he could have disqualified them during the auction itself - or else he could have taken up the matter in a meeting with the BCCI as it is the parent body. Talking about it in Twitter makes it childishly obvious that Modi is trying to act smart.

Tharoor v/s Modi
by sanath on Apr 13, 2010 09:04 AM  | Hide replies

Whatever everybody has to say about Tharoor and his "maybe" involvement in IPL Kochi is one thing. In this case, obviously it is Modi who is in the red. The main question that should be asked is why did he take pains to reveal the shareholders of only one team - and the second and main question is what is the proper forum to address his problems about the shareholders and maybe specifically Sunanda Pushkar ? I would have thought the proper forum to address it was in a general body meeting of the parent body BCCI and not Twitter. This only makes it childishly obvious that Modi is up to some new tricks !

Tell me one thing, there is only speculation that Sunanda Pushkar may marry Tharoor, so why this sound and noise over it ? After all what is Tharoor's mistake in the whole episode - that he invested in an IPL team or that he did not invest in an IPL team ?
