MAtch fixing had happened !

and GOI had good opportunity to take over a private organization right to represent this country, as we all know that didnt happen, surely proves that lot of fixing happened between the GOI and BCCI. the fact that Maratha strong man is involved als0 proves a point, he never involves in a small business. this country is desperate to free it self from blatant lootmar by the politicians and big business, military do something!!!

Azharuddin was the king pin in match fixing. he had close links with Dawood. Now he has been recruited by the Congress party which can stoop to any level to get its vote bank.

dude .. there were Jadeja,Sharma and Prabhakar to give him company ..they were not affiliated to any vote bank either ..so lets not mix things.Sunny doesnt have a clean hand either ..dunno if you remember it or not ..some good amount of cash were discovered from his CCI locker ..in the mid 90s ..and that issue sank without a trace.Even when Azhar and others were involved in fixing , the others who played along side them for years together cant be saints either.

cronje is the most sincere cktr.
by vinay on Apr 12, 2010 12:10 AM

cronje was the most sincere cktr. atleast he had guts to admit his mistake. but not a single other cktr had any conscientious.
players like gibbs, warne, mark waugh, lara, all were given very minor warning or fine as punishment n they got scot free.

such a good capt of his time, cronje, had to take all the blame on himself.

betting in cricket

Betting mainly started during Gavaskar's/ Ravi Shastri time, these 2 players were heavily involved in betting, 1=incident, which I can recall was during W.Indies tour led by Clive Llyod, (fast bowlers Marshall & Andy Robert) there was very heavy betting in Mumbai circle, that Gavaskar would score = 0, it truly happened.
these 2 players were first leaders in betting, don't know about match fixing.

Match F1x1ng is creation of D Company and they have considerable influence on BCCI. Every match India plays in India is influenced by this powerful group.

IPL, the commercial entertainment show, almost every match seems to be fxd.In match f1x1ng the umpires, bowlers and fielders are paid heavily to under perform. The 2nd Test match between India-SA is a clear example. How one can believe that a team which gave a crushing innings defeat in first match, could take only 6 wkts in 2nd test match and lose by an innings.

Couldn't agree with you more.IPL 3 is very well planned ..which is evident from the points table:).Regarding the SA tour, the intent of the tests were to help India maintain the No.1 status.Regarding D company and BCCI ..pawar was always known from his proximity to D company. His ascent to the top posts of the cricketing bodies has lot to do with this proximity. The game is long gone ..now its just a betting racket out there to fool people.Just look at the first T20 WC.. It was not there in the ICC itenary till the 2007 WC. Surfaced all of a sudden after India and Pak were shunted out.And we all still talk about the gripping finale ..:)

As many of the big bosses are involved in suh matter they dont want some one to raise topic and spoil their buisness.I have lost few good lucrative jobs after serving some companies for similar reason by my good bosses who thought that i am thorn in their flesh
