Dravid, Ganguly, Kumble and Sachin however great they are in cricket world, their presence in the middle in IPL looks very odd. These players movement on the field never impress the spectators nor their batting style suits 20-20 format.The IPL should restrict the age of players to 25 so that only young talents play in this format. Sachin, jayavardhane, Sangakkara, Kallis might have batted well but none of these entertain the crowd. Ganguly might have cought good cathces but his awkward running in the field to field or to take run look absolutely embarrassing. Dravid's try for playing Kohli type shots look rediculous. I wish all these seniors keep away from IPL to save their own image.We want to see more of Kohlis, Tiwaris, Naidus, Duminis, Pandeys, Yadavs in IPL than old and worn out cricketers.

dear only fielding is not area of selection in the team if u see ganguly contribution in the tptal run in the KKR runs u will b surprised,wen u see kumble economy rate which is best in ipl 3 then u will again surprised and dear now sachin is orange cap holder so think about it n player comes in cricket bcoz of batting n bowling not for fielding.so change ur point of view to see IPL dear. gudbye

End of the day they are the pillars of their respective team.Please check their performance when the tournament ends. They are front benchers of cricket and they will keep on doing well.

what abt the useless dravid with just 76 runs till now why is he playing ipl shame on him sachin,sourav, kumble have performed way better than this useless crickter

he is the team man....class batsman...just c when 3rd batsman was not performing for RCB he did the job for few matches...his runs r less becase most of the times he batted down the order...I think ur useless...jst check how & which place he is batting for RCB.

He is perfectly doing the Role given by the team.Class in permanent.He delivers when desired.He is not useless,he is a great cricketer of all times.

Dude Chill! Dravid batted only in 3-4 matches in this edition and not in all 10 matches that RCB played. So naturally his tally of runs is much lower. However, he has held catches and effected 3 run-outs which have proved vital. In all 10 matches,hardly the RCB batting line has been tested so far and I guess it was only twice-thrice that all of them had a chance to bat.
