All these biased law enforcement give trouble in the procedure phase of the case.Be it atrocity to women or suppressed caste, statistically these cases tumbles after the initial emotional drama is over. AP Police was tactical enough to transfer the case to another office which has given them time to delay the arrest of Shoaib without violating the Cr.PC provisions.As long they are not appointing an investigating officer here for the FIR,shoaib enjoys freedom.
I think now this case is quite clear. Its seems that Ayesha cheated shoaib by using fake photograph and marries him through phone. But even after that shoaib need to divorce ayesha if he wants to marry sania otherwise second marriage will be illegal.
Any way, justice should be done with innocent. that what we indians want.
