This article makes no sense; modi used the Telangana agitation as excuse to appease his followers.

Deccan has the worst schedule - play mumbai in mumbai as home game - what non sense.

May be this will also teach the greedy leaders in AP to stop the unrest, unite and fight against atrocities against all telugu people - telangana, rayalaseema, andhra, costal, hyderabad etc ...

Thanks
Nagesh

NO CHARGE IN D/CHARGERS
by damodaran mohan on Apr 08, 2010 12:05 PM

The way DC are losing is beyond any logical explanation. All the top players are virtually throwing away their wickets. There seems to be something more than what meets the eye.

What an idiot title.

How could any of these three venues be DC's home?

If DC were to play in Hyderabad, the support they get is any day better than these 3 venues combined. A lot about T20 cricket is emotional and the players would be in a different framework of mind when they play in front of their home crowd.

I agree, if you see/hear crowd during DC "home" games in IPL3 70-85% of the crowd is supporting the other team.

That was first seasons. Now the team is different and has clicked. The home support would have been really good

VVS is a classy player but seems to be woefully out of form. I doubt whether he will be in Hyd IPL team from next season.

he is definitely a classy player, there is no doubt about it, but yes T20 cricket is just not his cup of tea, test cricket is. More than laxmans form, deccan chargers need to re-group. More than there form, they need to finish up games with no panic

He isnt out of form rakesh, he just isnt compatible for t20. He tries to guide the ball which just goes to fielder or skies the ball going for a ridiculous shot. He scored 64 runs in 6 innings with highest score of 22 with strike rate of 106. That too opening the innings, I never understood this. He would be more suited to come in 2-3 down and help give support while symonds or rohit bat.

I REALLY hope they do not sign laxman as a player in ipl4. Maybe he can become part of the coaching staff like fleming did to csk.

Beware of Kings 11 Punjab from here on.
by Anonymous on Apr 06, 2010 06:59 PM

Fear.... Fear....Fear. This is the root cause of all failures. If the fear of any person is removed then the first step to success is achieved. During the course of this tournament the Punjab team had the so-called 'fear' of not getting qualified for the semifinals. Fearlessness and Ability to come back from the blues are the two qualities which can make any team dangerous. Other teams vying for a semifinal spot shud beware of the Punjab team as they are already out of the tournament and in the remaining six matches they cud well spoil the party for the other teams.
