I am very much intrested in watching R.Royal matches Bcoz they have good fighting spirit and Moreover brilliant captancity of Shane...!! He never bukle in under pressure..Yesterday also on one side other Bowler were giving 15-20 Runs per over but Warne never looked disapointed and kept the momentum up...!!
He is really gr8 Guy and india need such a captain..Dhoni is having lack of condidence is crucial momemts of the game...!!
Today Shane Warne proved that what leadership is all about. It is all about motivation, intution and the ability to inspire. He has made a bunch of almost no-hopers to a fighting unit. He did it in first edition and again demonstrating his leadership ability in last few and today is really an icing on the cake. He brought out Rabindra Jadeja from obscurity which was unfortunately not reciprocated by Rabindra who fell to the lure of moolah.Shane may not be an ideal husband but the creativity comes from libido. His leadership abilities should be dissected, analyzed and must be a topic for classrooms in management schools.

Wht a wizard he is ! The one at 40 n still giving international cricket teams a run even after retirement ! Bravo .....one wud have seen how the Presenter Harsha Bhogle was overawe of him n singing paeans of him at the investiture ceremony...........man these oldies whether Shane Warne or Ganguly for the matter are inspiring figures....
I can see SHANE WARNE AS INDIAN TEAMS COACH IN NEAR FUTURE who dare to captain india if Dhoni goes injured !

What a inspiration it was to see this magician on the field. Whether it is bowling or captiancy Warnie was all over, inspiring and pumping his guys. The ball which he bowled to get rid of Harris was superb. He is a genius and a once in a life time player. Bravo Warnie.....go for it.

Fantastic stuff from a genius. I agree with u that his captaincy psychology must be a part of a college curriculum to mask out what it is all about and how he manages to inspire his men. As for his bowling he is still Warne of the old though not to that extent. Many congrats Warne for the champagne stuff.....
