yeah they can but only after previous consent of their wives or by divorcing thm if they do not give consent

yes, muslims can marry upto 4 women in one time. but there is a low, that an Indian can marry only one woman. Muslims in this case are in exception but any muslim woman complains, than government will take actions.. it is so strange but true! if you notice, Aayesha's father has filed so many complains at once but the media is highlighting this point only. and for Atul Pandy, there is no consent required to get marry another woman in one time. it can only be possible when the first wife have made condition that her husband would not marry other than her - at the time of marriage.
