Shoaib is crazy, immatured & childish. I doubt whether he ever went to school or grew up cyber chatting Indian aunties. Surprising how an icon like Sania aunty could get entangled with an immatured bloke. How can he decide law of his own whether Islamic or the law of the land( India or pakistan). Even if we believe that a matured person like him got cheated, to satisfy legalities its only wise and legal to give the divorce. I guess once he gets air of the jail, he will get wiser.

It is very much a film script tailormade for some producer looking for juicy stories. Shahid Kapoor can play Shoaib role and Kareena Kapoor Sania's role.
Ye moti ayesha dava kar rahi hai ki shoeb ne usse shadi kiya hai...koi b normal insan mai ya aap is moti thulthuli se shadi ki nahi sonch sakta..phir malik jaisa star jisko na paison ki kami hai na ladkiyon ki aur jiske uper SANIA jaisi ladki phida ho sakti hai..is moti se kaise shadi kar sakta hai...plz just use common sense

I disagree. It is possible that they actually got married. Judging by your onw stnadards, that Shoaib is a big star etc., how could he have married someone without ever having me the person? That too, on the telephone? And even if it was on the phone, who signed the nikahnama? The guy is simply lying. First he said he does not know her, then he says he was duped into marrying her, then he says it was under emotional duress. Emotional duress from whom? Who would say on TV that this is my wife's town. You mean to say they were married for so many years and he never met his wife? what nonsense. Your diatribe that she is fat besides being insensitive is not even logical.

Simple.. Ayesha has more money than Sania. So he wanted to make Ayesha Pregnant and loot her money. This guy is simply money minded but guess what he is destined to rub the lamp on the wrong side. See for match fixing for peanut money how he is banned!!!
Ayesha vowed to produce eyewitness from a hotel in Hyderabad where she and shoaib stayed for some time.
If she can do that, shoaib's lies will be in front of everyone to see. I don't think sohaib would have been forced emotionally for nikah. I don't buy his views that he signed on the certificated on the basis of a photograph.
That's stone age.. perhaps trying to hide some thing. He has been giving statements which are contradictory to whatever he said the previous day.
In all this, Sania's family seems to be ignorant. They should wait till the air is clear. But if its God's wish that she must suffer then none can help.
Its bad- bad world more so for those who don't care.

don't know why the Siddique family could not inform the Mirza family in advance about the marriage of their daughter to Shoaib Malik or the Mirza family should have sought clarification before finalizing the wedding plans.
If they had been forewarned, they may have not gone ahead with the wedding
So difficult to believe. While Sania and your marriage is a personal decision, I find it difficult to believe that you married someone without even meeting that person. Were you sent Aishwariya Rai's photo that you agreed to marry over the phone?
I wonder how a normal girl can pressurize a famous cricketer. Its one thing to say that parents pressurized him. Here he is saying the girl pressurized him. Were you so desperate Shoaib?
