DHONI FAILS TO SCORE IN ALL THE MATCHES
by babran on Apr 04, 2010 02:04 PM

Because of Dhoni,CSK lost all the matches before. He has not scored enough runs for the CSK.I know the bowlers let the team down.I don't know how he is going to lead indian team in T20???? Murali Vijay has to play consistency cricket to write off yuvraj from the team who is useless in T20 matches so far.....

There is great competion for the wicket keeper -batsman slot
by avinash on Apr 04, 2010 10:15 AM  | Hide replies

All three indian wicket keepers are marvellous batsmen. Parthiv, Dinesh kaarthik, and Dhoni. Naman Ojha is a hard hitter and is defenitely in the list of competitors. Though i felt that yesterday the score could have been chased had Yusuf Pathan made a slightly early entry or if he had been dropped on the boundary line.Micheal Lumb gave a excellent start in the begining. Murali vijay gave a excellent start for the chennai super kings. Dhoni as of now is the best choice but surely Naman ojha is catching up. Parthiv and Dinesh Kaarthik are in the reconing for excellent keeping abilities. With hard hitting Uttappa doing a good job behind the wickets the wicket Keepers slot is getting good comeptition

why no one is debating on politician dhobi palce in team.
Does he deserve it?.
All Wicketkeeper batsman Ojha/Kartk/Patel better than him. Dhoni was a big failure in last T20 wcup also as a batsman. hardly play any match winning inning. He has a political back up but how long he will continue.

I am MI supporter but...
i had said 3 matches ago CSK matches ago that M Vijay will play like M Hayden and CSK opponents will surrender out of shock.
Also I had said DC will go down and CSK will rise.
All this Just because i love Dhoni.

I hate dhoni.
I support CSK as long as useless politicain dhobi is not performing.
Now days its fashion in india to give credit to dhobi captaincy if teanm win & blame players/selectors if team loose. But fact is just opposite. U win matches when some one like murali vijay , hyden, morkel etc fire & not beacuse of captaincy. Some time u loose if u have nonperforming captan like dhobi.
Naman ojha/kartik/patel better wicketkeeper batsman than dhobi but no cahance in indian team as dhoni has soild political back up like dada & will continue in Indian team as well as CSK in name of captaincy.

Dhoni is always best. Now we are number one side because the Dhoni leadership quality. If u look at CSK Team They don't enough resource But still giving good fight to ALL Team. Dhoni is Great captain who know how to use a minimum resources. Even in IPL Dhoni have decent run
42 from 29 Against DC
66 from 33 KKR
21 from 19 RR
14 from      19 RCB
0 from      1 RR
With Aveg of 35.6

AT Rayudu and Cricket Politics
by Harish on Apr 04, 2010 07:42 AM  | Hide replies

Rayudu who hit a 55 to help MI wina yet again today was once upon a time a strong prospect in the Indian team...but then Arjun yadav who good for nothing player who happens to be the son of Shivlal Yadav could'nt stand his stardom in the Andhra team and picked up a fight.
Then came in Politcs in cricket...like Indian politics... it was either a talented and middle class family cricketer or an arrogant, headstrong, rich and spoilt cricketer who ahd to win....
Arjun Yadav the good for nothing won and Rayudu was not seen again...luckily Rayudu got a chance to play the ICL and then after performing there got a chance to get into IPL and today everyone can see how indispensable he is in the MI team....

people like Shivlal yadav and Arjun Yadav need to be punished but then who cares!

Yes, Harish, veey well said. IPL is the platform where real talent gets a chance to perform. Now the selectors can't take useless deadwood. Whereas the public has no idea of who's playing and how in Ranji and Duleep Trophies, in IPL everyone knows what's available countrywide. Still, people like Robin Sharma have managed to enter the team ahead of the likes of Rayudu and Saurabh Tiwary.

same is true with dhobi.
he doesn't desrve a place in t20 indian team. See his records in last t20 wcup. He has lowest strike rate among all batsman who played more than 10 t20 international but still in team. Ojha/kartik/patel much better than him. But dhobi has politician/media/add agency/selectors back up & who cares for fairness. I know this uselss dhobi will continue in indian team for next 10 yrs in name of captaincy irrespective of his own performance.
