Agreed his(Gry) comments about, disciplined good diet (food) is actively sexuality life for all the players/guys/gals and sporting habits, when they fielding / batting.
Kirsten has been a successful & well respected manager of the Indian cricket team so far. He should strive to continue to be controversy free like the Kiwi coach earlier and unlike Buchanan from Australia. The moment you open your mouth too wide on subjects you are not too familiar with, you invite a deluge of problems-all self made.

The indian reporter clown picked up something out of context and published it as news attributing it to the wrong person.
Now, why would u want to give these clowns credibility. Leave the coach and his staff alone.
If indian media or the so called established media cant do their job professionally, other news sites will!
Shame on indian media for not recanting the wrong news. They should apologize to the indian coach and the team!
My message has no chance of being read by Kirsten. But hopefully members of the rediff forum will repeat this message in their own words and way, and hopefully Kirsten can know that all Indian fans love his simple and humble attitude, and we feel very sorry that such a report has been 'fabricated' by the media and attributed to him.
I am really curious as to the role of the media as whenever there is a major tournament, the media brings up some topic that is bound to disturb the composure of the team..during the T20 WC it was the viru-dhoni nonexistent fight, and now during the CT, this comes up.
One question, why can't the media mind its own business i.e. relaying news rather than interfere in activities that are not related to the public ?

correct. team india should get back at the media by just not giving any interviews this tournament. and if they manage to do well in the tournament, how will the media feel? team india does well, and the media has no inputs from the winning team. serves them right. and they should continue this war against the media every tournament.
the media takes the team for granted and fabricates news. let us see how they manage without any 'sources' within the team as they claim every time.
these clowns should be supporting the team during a major tournament, not embarass them. and on top of it all, the media has the tendency to get hurt when the team snubs them!! who do they think they are? do they have no accountability? we should all do our bit in bringing this wolf pack down, the same way team india is doing right now by snubbing them.

Indian press reporter - that idiot who first broke the incorrect news without checking the facts. Who is he or she?
Coach Kristen should sue the clown and all the news organizations that published the wrong story.
